Feasibility Study

Before starting work on a design, it is essential for us to learn as much about the constraints, features of the site and property, and your needs and aspirations. The ultimate success of your project depends on the quality of your brief and the feasibility of a scheme at the outset.

Concept Design

Using your brief, a sketch design will be prepared showing plan arrangements and external appearance. From these sketches we can explore all opportunities that are available to you to established an initial design that can then be developed further to create a preferred scheme.

Architectural Drawings

Drawings such as location plans, elevations, floor plans and sections are the best way to illustrate proposals, and additionally 3D imagery. This is essential to understand proposals and make a comparison to the existing surroundings and built information.

Planning Applications

A planning application will provide information such as the location, layout, external finishes and the use of the proposal, whether it is a listed property or a change of use application. Many changes can be made within permitted development rights so get in touch for clarification.

Building Regulations

A ‘Full Plans’ Building Regulations application is a set of drawings, calculations and specifications describing the basic construction of the work. We will prepare and submit your building regulation drawings applications to the local authority. This will include structural engineers information and any additional supporting information.

Interior Design and 3D Rendering

Depending on the scope of the works a full design package of interiors can be prepared, this includes typical finishes for floors, walls, ceilings but also can expand into mechanical and electrical packages and furnishings. A great way to explore this is through 3D renders and imagery
