A traditional cottage in a small village in Worcestershire that was renovated to create two new holiday cottages. The property was tired and needed some refiguring to create 2 separate dwellings perfect for short breaks within this beautiful village. The 2 separate rentals created one 1 bedroom apartment and a second 2 bedroom apartment.

The project required building control approval only, with the minor changes internally covered within the owners permitted development rights.
