This modern home based in Cheltenham had a large loft space that was perfect for converting into a bedroom and study space. Access to the loft was developed using 3d modelling and used to create options as to how the space could be used and accessed. Roof lights were added to the rear of the existing roof and have completely transformed the loft into a bright and light bedroom.
