The proposal alleviate the poor and inadequate parking that is currently at Bank Cottages. The proposal resolves the access issues for Bank Cottages and brings it up to modern living standards, including better access, and car charging facilities.

This design created a long term improvement to this property and advance access options. This design requires substantial investment that could have a generous improvement in the village and the environment. 

The proposal secured the difficult development of car charging requirements and in the process create a beautiful access to this existing home fit for the twenty-first century.
