A new side access door will create better circulation space in the property and help relieve the strain of the small main entrance hall that leads directly to the stair. These small adjustment should create a wider space for the simple storage of coats and shoes. The proposed design creates better usable space on the ground floor with the provision of a rear extension that will replace an existing conservatory.
